Last day of the camping season, gray tank sprung a leak Oct. 26. I called Devon the next morning. He sent two Techs (Andrew & Gavin). They took their time and did a thorough inspection. Found a crack at the seam where the 3" drain pipe connects to the tank. I'm going to try to patch it with JB Weld (Plastic), topped off with Polyurethane sealant. I've successfully done it before. The permanent repair will be a tank replacement in the future. DSRV did a great job today. I will use them for the tank replacement if the tank leaks again in May 2027.

We had Devon from DS RV come out to dewinterize our camper, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! He has such a calm, friendly demeanor and introduced himself right away. He walked us through the entire dewinterizing process, explaining everything as he went. As new RV owners, we learned so much from him,he took the time to answer our questions and made sure we understood how everything worked.
Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he's also funny and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience enjoyable.
Thank you, Devon! We truly appreciate your professionalism, patience, and all the helpful advice. We highly recommend DS RV Mobile Repairs and Services!

What can I say! This company saved us! We were packing up July 1st to leave for our trip in the morning. As we were rolling up our awning ( we had it out washed it and it was drying) the awning fell out of the arm. Of course panic sets in because it’s 10pm on. Holiday. and we’re supposed to leave in the morning . We called around and people were either on holidays or did not do awning repairs. When I called DS RV he picked up WHILE at a Canada Day function so clearly his day off, took my call, apologized for the noise in the background and said yes he could fix it! When I told him I needed it done the next day, he said he had another service call that morning , but would stop by our place on his way. He arrived July 2nd at 715am, fixed our awning, aligned it and we were good to go! I highly recommend using this company ! They come to you, easy to work worth, took my call on a holiday, even though he was already scheduled for that morning, he came to our place very early so we could make our trip out! His fees were pretty reasonable ESPECIALLY when it was a last minute request. THANK YOU DS RV for saving us!
